Humber Valley
Winding streets, ravine landscapes and a wide range of detached homes, from classic mid-century designs to significant custom properties.

Housing includes ranches, bungalows, side-splits and two-storeys, along with extensively renovated and rebuilt homes. Some pockets have especially large lots and homes.
Getting around
Royal York Road and nearby routes connect south to Line 2. Driving access to central Etobicoke and major roads is practical, though many interior streets are car-oriented.
Setting and amenities
The Humber River valley, ravines and mature tree canopy are defining features. Humbertown and nearby local plazas provide useful services.
